Who We Are

MTEE is a collection of people, across the nations, which have a vision of training nationals to transform nations.  We work with some really great people.  Here are many of the people we have on staff or who work with us in our efforts around the world.

• MTEE Board of Directors

John Daigle, Sr.

John currently serves as President of MTEE (Ministry to Educate and Equip). His first overseas missions trip was in1985, and this began his consistent international missions experience of 35 years and still counting.

John has taught and preached in multiple national and international churches, Bible schools, and conferences over these years. He was ordained as a minister of the Gospel in 1987 at then Faith & Victory Church in Winterville, NC, and served as the Administrative Pastor from 1990-1994. In 1995, John began fulltime missionary work with MTEE.  Living in Poland 11 years, he served as the European Director from 1995-2000.

During this time, he oversaw the growth and development of MTEE which established over 75 local church Bible schools in 8 different Eastern European nations with Vision University.  The vision was to train nationals in each nation to lead the ministry, and the aim continues today through the IDCL ministry office located in Kiev, Ukraine.

During the years 2000-2006, John served as the Pastoral Mentoring Director of MTEE in Eastern Europe.

While teaching and preaching in the various churches across these nations, John realized the great need for spiritual fathers in the lives of the believers - especially the leaders.  His heart is one of a father, and his passion is mentoring and networking together people and ministries for a greater impact in the Kingdom of God.

John is a 1971 graduate of East Carolina University, and he continues to serve Reimage Church (formerly Faith & Victory Church) as an elder and member of the missions’ board, having also served as the Director of Men’s Ministry.  In June 2017, he was awarded an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree from Vision International University for his 30+ years of missions and ministry service.

John and his wife Eileen have been married 48 years.  They have 2 sons and 6 grandchildren. The Daigles reside in Winterville, North Carolina.  (jdaiglesr@gmail.com)
