John serves as a MTEE board member.  In 1978, John experienced a radical conversion experience in which he committed his life to Jesus Christ as Lord.  In 1983 he sensed a calling to the Gospel ministry as a teacher and preacher of God’s Word.  His first mission trip was in 1985 and this began his consistent international mission experience for 31 years and still counting.  John has taught and preached in multiple churches, Bible Schools, conferences during these 31 years.  Ordained as a Minister of the Gospel in 1987 at Faith & Victory Church, John has served as an Elder and Administrative Pastor.

In 1995, John began his Missionary work with MTEE.  Living in Poland, he served as the European Director from 1995-2000.  During this time, he oversaw the growth and development of MTEE establishing over 75 local church Bible Schools with Vision University in 8 different Eastern European nations.  The vision was to train nationals in each nation to lead the ministry and it continues today, through the IDCL ministry office located in Kiev, Ukraine.  John was a frequent teacher in these schools; focusing on the subjects: Leadership, Church Management & Administration, Spiritual Gifts, The Ministry of the Holy Spirit, Strategic Planning, Inner Healing, Mentoring Men, Spiritual Fathering & Faith.

During the years 2000-2006, John was the Pastoral Mentoring Director of MTEE in Eastern Europe.  While teaching and preaching in the various churches across these nations, John realized the great need for Spiritual Fathers in the lives of the believers – and especially the leaders.  His heart is one of a father and his passion is in mentoring men and networking people and ministries together for a greater impact in the Kingdom of God.

John is a 1971 graduate of East Carolina University, continues to serve Faith & Victory Church (newly named “Reimage”) as an Elder and Mission Board, having also served as the Director of Men’s Ministry.  John and his wife Eileen have recently celebrated their 45th anniversary.  They have two sons and six grandchildren.  John is presently the General Manager of a local Security Products business and also as a Chaplain in the marketplace with several companies.  The Dailey’s reside in Winterville, North Carolina.  (jdaiglesr@gmail.com)
