  E.R. "Ernie" & Linda Campe  

E. R. "Ernie" & Linda Campe - Virginia (USA)
Ernie is the President of MTEE having started in May of 2001. Prior to that he was a missionary with us, teaching in the Bible College network for four years, where his teaching ministry took him into five nations. He holds an MA in Biblical Studies from Regent University and a Doctorate in Religious Studies from Trinity Theological Seminary. Ernie and Linda live in Richmond, Virginia.

 
         
         
  Meloni Adams  

Meloni Adams - Bulgaria
Meloni joined MTEE in the fall of 1995 and has worked in Slovakia and as the Administrative Secretary in Poland. She has served as the printing coordinator for us and has trained office staff in five nations. She is currently serving as our National Coordinator in Lovech, Bulgaria and also oversees printing of books for Joyce Meyers Ministries..

Pat & Bob Bruton - Slovakia, Bulgaria
Bob and Pat come to us from varied business careers but with a heart for missions. Bob has his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University. He and Pat began teaching biblically based leadership seminars in Slovakia six years ago while working full time. Pat also led women’s ministry teams from their local church to Slovakia, ministering to the women there. For the last three years they have also taught leadership in Bulgaria. They are ministering in both the church and secular settings. 

 
         
         
  John & Eileen Daigle  

John & Eileen Daigle - Poland
John & Eileen joined the staff of MTEE in February of 1995.  After eleven years on the field they returned to the states. John is now director of pastoral mentoring and works in Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Poland. John and Eileen also help to bring healing ministry to these nations. Eileen travels with and works alongside John in the ministry. When not traveling, John and Eileen now spend their time at home in Greenville, NC.

 
         
         
  Garvin Family   Garrett & Marina Garvin –Moldova
Gary visited Moldova in 1999 for the first time, and after several short-term trips, moved to Chishinau in 2001 to teach in the Moldova Bible Seminary. Gary has a Master of Divinity degree from Luther Rice Seminary, Atlanta, Georgia. In April 2002 he and Marina were married. They have four children: Alexandra, Isaac, Edward, and two-month-old Michael. Gary has been teaching Bible and Theology in Moldova for almost ten years. He  serves as a professor with our Bible colleges in Moldova working with Paul Lindstedt.
 
         
         
   

Valya Grenchuk – Ukraine
Valya began working for MTEE in the Ukraine when she was 17 years old and has worked with us for the past 11 years. She now serves as Director of Operations for our ministry there overseeing the work in Russia, Ukraine and Moldova. Valya is married with one child, Diana. Please pray for this vital work in educating and equipping the body of Christ in these countries.

 
         
         
  Paul Lindstedt, Moldova  

Paul & Galina Lindstedt - Moldova
Paul and his wife Galina were married on November
24th, 2007.  They and their son Artiom, live in the
capital of Moldova - Chisinau.  Paul directs our Bible
College program in Moldova.  Paul and Gala are involved
in the local church and host a home group.  Paul holds
an MCS degree in Christian Studies from Regent College
in Vancouver, Canada.

 
         
         
   

Mike Lytton - Bulgaria
Mike attended Gordon Conwell Seminary where he received a Masters in Theological Studies. He then served with a church in Singapore for five years, followed by three years as a missionary in Belize as a “home grown” missionary from his church. He then became a denominational missionary and taught at the Seminary in Kyiv, Ukraine for six years followed by three years in the seminary in Siberia which eventually was closed. Mike returned home for a year thinking his time in the field was over. Mike returned to ministry with us where he works Lovech, Bulgaria teaching in our schools and working with the church there.

 
         
         
  Dave & Mindy  

Dave and Mindy Sebens - Romania
While pastoring in Oregon, Dave and Mindy took a 1994 summer mission's trip to Sibiu, Romania to assist in church construction.  Shortly after that they resigned their church to assume fulltime ministry in Romania.  While there they met with the staff of MTEE and have been ministering within the Bible school network since 1998.  While they have lived and traveled widely throughout Eastern Europe, Dave and Mindy currently retain an apartment in Romania and at present teach in neighboring Moldova.  Dave also oversees a Master's program in Belarus. Dave received his Master's degree from Western Seminary, and is currently working on his D.Min. degree in Church Multiplication.

 
         
         
  Joel & Cynthia Shigo  

Joel & Cynthia Shigo - Hungary
Joel Shigo has his B.A. in Biblical studies and received his M.A. in Biblical Studies from Westminster Seminary. Joel has worked as a pastor and a Bible College teacher for the Assemblies of God in Colorado. For the past six years he has been serving as a missionary in Hungary, teaching Bible College classes and seminars in partnership with MTEE. Cynthia Shigo received her B.A. in English and French and received her M.A. in Educational Administration from Temple University. For four years, she was a high school teacher at the International Christian School of Budapest.   

 
         
         
  Pau, Susan & Carl Shotsberger
 
  Paul, Susan & Carl Shotsberger - Ukraine
The Shotsbergers moved from North Carolina to the Ukraine in August of 2002. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics and was a professor at UNC-Wilmington.  Paul did a terrific job organizing and establishing our organization in Ukraine. After serving for six years as our National Director they felt the call to return home where Paul is now dean of the School of Education at Southern Wesleyn University, however he still continues to direct our work in Ukraine.  Our work in the Ukraine is called The Institute for Development of Christian Leadership in the Ukraine and can be found online!   Tom Young   Tom Young
Tom Young joined the staff of MTEE as of March 2007 as our administrator.  Tom served in Vietnam with the U.S. Army and then worked for the RF&P railroad for 24 years as the Manager of Expenditure accounting.  Tom and his wife Susan have been married for 40 years and have two daughters and one granddaughter.
