When the phrase 'unreached peoples' is mentioned, do you think of Hungarians, Poles, Bulgarians or Ukrainians? In centuries past, the Gospel was brought to these and other European peoples. Today, however, the picture looks quite different. |

| For most Eastern
Europeans today the Bible is a neglected and misunderstood book. Even
among evangelical Christians there is a lack of knowledge and
understanding of the Word. Many pastors are young in the faith
themselves and have little or no education and training in the Word and
in the ministry. MTEE exists to bring affordable and convenient
theological education to young Christian leaders living in Central and
Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Our ministry brings biblical college education to the local churches by offering a full four year degree as well as a master's program in Theological Studies. All courses are taught by our instructors on a monthly seminar basis. The cost is partially underwritten by MTEE with the student paying a nominal fee. |
