Since July 26, 1992 and to this day we meet for worship services every Sunday at 11.00 and every Wednesday at 18.00 in rented halls of the district Taras Schevchenko Palace of Culture.

The mission of the Church is to reach and influence the world, changing the world and equipping people to influence every area of theirlives.

The vision of the Hallelujah church:

In 2000 the pastor had a vision, the word from God: Isaiah 43:19-20:  ""Behold, I will do something new, Now it will spring forth; Will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, Rivers in the desert. The beasts of the field will glorify Me, The jackals and the ostriches, Because I have given waters in the wilderness And rivers in the desert, To give drink to My chosen people."

The vision of the Hallelujah church can be expressed in a few points:

  • Kherson steppe-missionary service.
  • Prayer Shield: regular prayer for Ukraine.

Church ministries and programs:

  • The children's ministry in Hallelujah Church has always been well organized.
  • 2015 – a summer camp for church children as well as for children from unchurched families, for orphans, for large families and refugees from the ATO zone.
  • The youth department of the church conducts outreach evangelism in the surrounding villages, in a college, in schools. They work regularly and creatively. A public youth organization "Perspective plus" was created.
  • TWe have initiated the introduction of the "Fundamentals of Christian Ethics" as mandatory course (grade 1 to 11) into schools of the entire district. An Association of teachers of Christian ethics was created.
  • The church operates a system of home groups, Bible education department, the technical team, Relief Department, hospitality department, a small press center, the worship group, and more...

Cooperation with the Vision International University (VIU).

In September 1996 a branch of the Vision International University was opened in the Hallelujah church. We were part of the first group of Vision university students which then had its operations in Dnepropetrovsk. From 1996 until today there has never been a break in cooperation with the Vision International University.
Today, in addition to a large number of trained bachelors of theology, we have four Masters of Divinity, and the fifth will soon complete his training. All Masters are dedicated people, all are involved in active ministry. There is one Vision university national teacher in the church.

Information about the pastor.

Vladimir and Alla Kukharchuk were born again in 1976. Back then Alla was almost 16, and Vladimir 18 years old. They both were baptized the same year and have been serving the Lord and the church faithfully for 40 years.
In June 1980, the Holy Spirit spoke to Vladimir through a prophetic word about pastoral calling on his life. In 1981 they were married.
In 1992, the Hallelujah church was started.
I took God twelve years to prepare this family for pastoring.
Today Vladimir and Alla are recognized teachers and preachers of the Word of God. Their love for people and great devotion to God and His kingdom help them fulfill their ministry. Vladimir and Alla have three adult children and three grandchildren.

Today's challenges and needs of the church, including financial.

As in the time of Jesus, today there is a continuous need for dedicated servants.
there is a great need to have its own building. All of the church's departments have been working in rented facilities for 24 years. This creates a great inconvenience in the work because the rent is by the hour – we must come by a certain time with our equipment and at the end of the service take everything out, freeing up the rented room. Due to the fact that the Kherson region has the lowest wages in Ukraine, we are working among the poorest population. Church donations are enough for the entire weekly work, but they are not sufficient for the purchase of a church’s own building.
